Brief Intro
We are looking for several full-time bookkeepers to complete payments, control expenses and other bookkeeper responsibilities.

Job Duties
- Make payments by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
- Complete data and journal entries; maintenance of general ledger accounts
- Bank account control, reconciliation and other cash flow management routines
- Weekly payroll processing and recording
- Monthly P/L reporting and other ad-hoc reporting
- Comply with taxes returns and all other governmental regulations
- Maintains historical records by filing documents
Job Requirements
- Must be detail-oriented, team working spirits and capable of multi-tasking
- Must have strong communication skills and medium level of analysis skills
- Bank account control, reconciliation and other cash flow management routines
- Must be experienced with Quick-Book, proficient in Microsoft Office is a plus
- Must be organized and good at sorting files
- Bilingual ability in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English
- Must have full time bachelor degree or equivalent degree in accounting, finance or business related majors
- Must be legally permitted to work in United States
